Return & Refund Policy
We want to ensure that you receive the correct pump for your application. Because industrial pumps are technical products, please verify the pump model, size, materials and application requirements before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to confirmation from OSHIGO Corporation.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Return Eligibility
A return may be considered in the following situations:
The product received is incorrect compared with the confirmed order.
The product is received damaged or defective.
A manufacturing defect is identified under normal operating conditions.
The product supplied does not match the specifications confirmed by OSHIGO.
Any damage or discrepancy should be reported to us promptly after delivery, preferably with photographs, videos and the invoice/order details.
3. Products Not Normally Eligible for Return
Returns are generally not accepted for products that:
Have been installed or operated.
Have been modified, dismantled or repaired without prior approval.
Show damage caused by incorrect installation or operation.
Have been exposed to incompatible chemicals or operating conditions.
Are specially configured, customized or procured specifically against a customer's requirement.
Have been damaged due to improper storage, handling or transportation after delivery.
4. Inspection & Approval
All return requests are subject to technical inspection and approval by OSHIGO Corporation.
Where required, the product may need to be returned for inspection before a replacement or refund is approved.
5. Refunds
If a refund is approved, the eligible amount will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable deductions or charges.
Refund processing will begin after the returned product has been received and inspected.
6. Replacement
Where a manufacturing defect or incorrect supply is confirmed, OSHIGO may provide a replacement product or another appropriate resolution, depending on product availability and the circumstances of the case.
7. Incorrect Pump Selection
Pump selection depends on the fluid, flow, pressure/head, temperature, viscosity, suction conditions and material compatibility.
Customers are encouraged to provide complete application information before ordering. Where the customer selects a pump without providing sufficient application information or against technical recommendations, the product may not be eligible for return solely because it is unsuitable for the customer's application.
