Warranty & Service Policy

OSHIGO Corporation is committed to providing reliable industrial pumping equipment and technical support. Each pump is supplied for operation within its specified design and application conditions.

1. Warranty Coverage

The pump is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period specified in the applicable quotation, invoice or order confirmation.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, OSHIGO may, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component or product, subject to inspection and warranty terms.

2. Warranty Does Not Normally Cover

Warranty does not cover failures caused by:

• Normal wear and tear

• Incorrect installation

• Improper operation

• Operation outside specified pressure or performance limits

• Inadequate or contaminated compressed air

• Incorrect suction or discharge piping

• Chemical incompatibility

• Excessive temperature or pressure

• Abrasive or unsuitable fluids

• Foreign objects entering the pump

• Unauthorized modification or repair

• Accidental or transportation damage after delivery

• Improper storage or handling

3. Wear Parts

Components such as diaphragms, balls, seats, O-rings and other wear components are subject to operating conditions and normal wear.

Their service life depends on factors including:

Fluid chemistry • Abrasiveness • Temperature • Pressure • Flow • Operating cycle • Compressed-air quality

Normal wear of these components is therefore not considered a manufacturing defect.

4. Chemical Compatibility

For the OC25AAAATTTTT-SP, the pump uses:

Body: AluminumBalls: PTFESeats: PTFEDiaphragm: PTFE with Santoprene backup

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the fluid, concentration, temperature and operating conditions.

Final material compatibility should be verified before operation.

5. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty assistance, please provide:

• Order / Invoice Number

• Pump Model

• Serial Number, if applicable

• Installation and operating details

• Description of the problem

• Photographs or videos of the pump and affected components

• Fluid being pumped

• Operating pressure and flow conditions

The product or component may need to be returned to OSHIGO for technical inspection before a warranty claim is approved.

8. Important Application Note

AODD pump performance and service life depend significantly on the fluid, compressed-air quality, suction conditions, piping arrangement, operating pressure, temperature and maintenance practices.

Return & Refund Policy

We want to ensure that you receive the correct pump for your application. Because industrial pumps are technical products, please verify the pump model, size, materials and application requirements before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to confirmation from OSHIGO Corporation.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Return Eligibility

A return may be considered in the following situations:

• The product received is incorrect compared with the confirmed order.

• The product is received damaged or defective.

• A manufacturing defect is identified under normal operating conditions.

• The product supplied does not match the specifications confirmed by OSHIGO.

Any damage or discrepancy should be reported to us promptly after delivery, preferably with photographs, videos and the invoice/order details.

3. Products Not Normally Eligible for Return

Returns are generally not accepted for products that:

• Have been installed or operated.

• Have been modified, dismantled or repaired without prior approval.

• Show damage caused by incorrect installation or operation.

• Have been exposed to incompatible chemicals or operating conditions.

• Are specially configured, customized or procured specifically against a customer's requirement.

• Have been damaged due to improper storage, handling or transportation after delivery.

4. Inspection & Approval

All return requests are subject to technical inspection and approval by OSHIGO Corporation.

Where required, the product may need to be returned for inspection before a replacement or refund is approved.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the eligible amount will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable deductions or charges.

Refund processing will begin after the returned product has been received and inspected.

6. Replacement

Where a manufacturing defect or incorrect supply is confirmed, OSHIGO may provide a replacement product or another appropriate resolution, depending on product availability and the circumstances of the case.

7. Incorrect Pump Selection

Pump selection depends on the fluid, flow, pressure/head, temperature, viscosity, suction conditions and material compatibility.

Customers are encouraged to provide complete application information before ordering. Where the customer selects a pump without providing sufficient application information or against technical recommendations, the product may not be eligible for return solely because it is unsuitable for the customer's application.

Shipping & Delivery Information

OSHIGO Corporation supplies AODD pump spare parts to customers across India, including replacement components for Blagdon Metal pumps. Shipping arrangements are made according to the spare part, order quantity, delivery location and customer requirements.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after confirmation of the order and payment/commercial terms.

For products shown as In Stock, dispatch will be arranged after order verification and completion of the applicable payment and documentation requirements.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on:
